The Board of Directors of the International Center for Assault Prevention (ICAP) voted unanimously on February 17, 2023, to dissolve the organization, ICAP, Inc. The ICAP corporate dissolution was effective as of March 22, 2023.
In keeping with this action, the content on this https://internationalcap.org/ website no longer represents the activity of an ongoing central organization. However, many of the Regional Training Centers created by ICAP will continue to offer CAP programs and services as they have for years. Please see the list on this website under ICAP Projects for information identifying the currently operating RTCs.
The ICAP Board of Directors is grateful beyond measure for the thousands of paid and volunteer staff who have worked effectively over the past 40 years to prevent child abuse and neglect throughout the world. We believe that the goal of helping children become and remain safe, strong, and free will continue to drive the current CAP projects and centers.
